Description
The markets for the future are green and have considerable growth potential. Green technologies have become one of Germany's key exports and the high specialised and innovative companies expect further rapid growth. At the same time, companies’ complaints about lack of well qualified employees increase. On the other hand the companies’ needs are not specified due to the difficulty to classify which companies belong to green lead markets and which qualifications are requested by them.
Therefore, the research project aims at identifying those areas with particularly high growth potential and/or particularly high lack of qualified staff and estimating existing and required qualifications and specifications with regard to contribute to the safeguarding of branch-specific young professionals.
