Description
The joint research project aims to discibe the dynamics and changes between environment, nutrition and health. The previous product oriented approach in science and politics will be confronted with the integrated approach which highlights the every-day-life perspective of consumers. Four different approaches are used to guarantee an integrated perspective: nutrition in daily life at and outside home, products and riscs of nutrition along the life cycle and the public nutrition communication. Analyses will aim at identifying feasible/possible ways for a turnaround in every-day nutrition, to outline long-term-perspectives for such transformations and to identify actors, stakeholders and priority field. The IÖW focus is drawn on nutrition outside home, trying to identify social and ecological innovations that foster sustainable nutrition, life quality and health. Special focus is drawn on the posiblilities in changes of everyday life organisation in enterprises and schools by executing empirical case studies.
