At the 19th Brandenburger Energietag on the 4th of September 2017 Prof. Dr. Bernd Hirschl discussed the value-added and employment perspectives within the energy economy. The discussion was with representatives of the lignite industry, of the renewable energy sector and the energy ministry of Brandenburg.
