The heat transition as a social challenge - Climate protection targets, energy refurbishment activities and consequences for owners and tenants
Energetic building refurbishment and heat supply from renewable energies are essential components of the heat transition in order to achieve the climate neutrality goals of Berlin. In the presentation, the effects of investments in energy-efficient refurbishment on tenants and landlords were considered. First results show that partially refurbishment measures can be designed in a socially acceptable way by relieving tenants and not being a disadvantage for landlords.
