Dr. Julia Fülling

Geographical Sciences (M.Sc.)

Western lifestyles have a global impact on people and ecosystems. Julia Fülling is therefore researching at the IÖW how lifestyles can become more sustainable and more equitable globally. She is particularly interested in how individual and structural factors interact. 

The economic geographer works primarily with qualitative methods of social research, such as interviews or ethnographic approaches. She is currently leading the project “Shaping Nature-Friendly Consumption”.
