Describing specific processes and project experiences, this workshop will discuss regional participation and communication processes. "Regional Agenda 21" will be presented as a prototype for new strategies on the interim level of the network society. The basis for discussion will be the results of the summer academy "Regional Governance" which took place in August 2002.
