The 3rd Workshop on Sustainable Food Consumption dealing with "Scenarios and Possible Sustainable Futures” takes place on 12-13 May, 2011 in Vienna, Austria, on the premises of the Austrian Ministry of Environment. About 50 participants from all over Europe – policy makers, researchers and civil society representatives - engaged in two days of intensive discussion of ideas and good practices. The focus is on creative interactive sessions in which the participants develop and reflect upon future visions of sustainable food consumption. (see agenda)
