Making Berlin compliant with the Paris resolutions. Selected results of the study
In his presentation, Prof. Hirschl, as head and main author of the currently published expert report "Making Berlin compliant with the Paris resolutions ", presented the central results of the study and discussed them with the guests as well as the participants of the event. The hybrid event with Climate Senator Günther and other guests was broadcast live. In her opening speech, Senator Günther spoke about the recent decisions and plans of the Berlin state government and acknowledged the study as an important contribution to objectifying the debate about climate targets and necessary strategies and measures. The kick-off forum started the participation process in order to consider suggestions and hints for the further development of the Berlin Energy and Climate Protection Program (BEK2030) from the urban society.
