The workshop discussed possibilities for improvements in resource and energy efficiency in the economic system as a chance and key towards a green economy. The workshop's goal was the development of research questions regarding more sustainable forms of energy supply and energy use in the commercial sector for the creation of a research agenda "Green Economy".
