Environmental economic report 2024 for the state North Rhine-Westphalia

The Green Economy Report of North Rhine-Westphalia presents the economic and ecological significance of the state's Green Economy. It supports the Ministry for the Environment, Nature and Transport in implementing the environmental economic strategy and is used as an important tool for networking activities and strategic support for the Green Economy. As in 2022, the IÖW is contributing to the preparation of the report in 2024 and deals with the ecological effects of the Green Economy and the economic evaluation of these effects. The aim is to show the importance of the Green Economy for climate protection and adaptation, air pollution control, water protection and biodiversity conservation. The project is being carried out under the direction of Prognos AG.
