Prof. Bernd Hirschl is talking about the exemplary function of Berlin in the climate protection, economic poten-tials and trainees as energy scouts in SMEs.
The ambitious aims of Berlin can only be achieved with a fitting frame, which is not given by the federal laws. Beside that all sectors as energy supply, buildings, industry, traffic and private households must be involved in the climate protection. For that it is necessary to have a proper plan, which was made (Berliner Energie- und Klimaschutzprogramm) and which was given measures by for all involved.
