Emil Rösch

Researcher

M. Sc. Urban Ecosystem Sciences

Emil Rösch's specialty: urban ecologies and their ecosystem services. The effect of green spaces in cities during heatwaves or heavy rainfall is just as important to the trained urban ecologist as the question of the value of ecosystem services around watercourses.

He is therefore currently conducting research at the IÖW in projects such as "Value of Green Urban Spaces 3" and "Monetization approaches for ecosystem services on federal waterways and integration options in benefit-cost analyses".
