Business Economist

Financial planning for a non-profit, purely third-party funded institute is complex. Stefanie Freier is tackling this challenge with dedication: after many years working in the IÖW's finance and HR department, she took over the position of Administrative Director in July 2025.

Together with the administrative team, which she leads, the experienced business graduate takes care of balance sheets, controlling, contracts and legal issues. She also keeps a constant eye on IT, premises, data protection as well as occupational health and safety. Stefanie Freier is particularly passionate about corporate health management and personnel development, because: The success of the IÖW hinges on motivated and well-qualified employees.
