Panel Discussion Berlin on the Way to Capital of Climate Protection?

Konferenz: 2. Berliner Klimatag 2016
Event by: Berliner Klimatag
24.04.16, Berlin

Berlin has set a goal to become climate neutral until 2050. Over the course of the past year, groundbreaking concepts and findings have been presented. For one, the "Berlin Energy and Climate Protection Program" (BEK) as well as the "Enquete-Commission - New Energy for Berlin" (EK). However, Berlin does not lack concepts but their implementation. Why this is about to change was discussed by Dr. Christine Kühnel (chair BUND Berlin), Laura Weis (PowerShift for coal phase-out Berlin), Prof. Dr. Bernd Hirschl (IÖW) und Henrik Vagt (IHK Berlin).
