Addressing older homeowners in a target-group oriented manner Energy-efficient, comfortable and safe living in old age.

Energetic renovation, adaptation of living space to suit senior citizens, security and burglary protection: for older people who own an apartment or a house, these are important aspects when they think about living in old age. The research project "Refurbishment 60plus" has linked these topics and prepared them for over 60-year-old owners of detached and semi-detached houses and apartments.
The brochure "Addressing older home owners target group-oriented: energy-efficient, comfortable and safe living in old age" summarises the most important findings and experiences from the project for practical implementation. It is intended to enable actors such as climate protection agencies, consumer centres and municipal climate protection managers to learn more about the target group and to show which offers can reach the target group and which ways are suitable for addressing them.
