The project „Gebäude-Energiewende“ analyzed sustainable scenarios of energetic building refurbishment for residential buildings. Several refurbishement measures were assessed in a shrinking region (Lausitz-Spreewald) and in a growing region (Potsdam/Potsdam-Mittelmark) considering social-ecologic aspects. This paper presents the results of the regional economic assessment. In the project a calculation model was developed and applied in the studied regions.
