M. Sc. Sustainable Development; Social, M. Sc. Health and Organizational Psychology

Why do people not act sustainably, how do they make decisions and how can they be motivated for change? These questions are central to understanding the socio-ecological transformation. With her Master's degrees in Sustainable Development and Social Psychology, Carlotta Harms has specialized in the interactions between sustainability and psychology.

At the IÖW, Carlotta Harms researches the conditions under which sustainable behavior succeeds. Her work interests include communication strategies for sustainable products, sufficient consumption patterns and the mental effects of climate change.
