Johannes Rupp

Researcher

Diplom degree in Forestry Science

Bringing together different perspectives and exchanging ideas in order to develop sustainable solutions: This is what motivates Johannes Rupp, who researches and advises on climate adaptation, climate protection, the bioeconomy and the energy transition at the IÖW. In dialog with various stakeholders, he wants to work out common goals and measures – for example, to identify priorities of a bioeconomy strategy for the federal state of Brandenburg.

His work focuses on qualitative methods such as dialog and participation formats, surveys and consultations. He considers best practices and images of the future to be important sources of inspiration.
