The 3rd Workshop on Sustainable Food Consumption dealing with "Scenarios and Possible Sustainable Futures” takes place on 12-13 May, 2011 in Vienna, Austria, on the premises of the Austrian Ministry of Environment. About
50 participants from all over Europe – policy makers, researchers and civil society representatives - engaged in two days of intensive discussion of ideas and good practices. The focus is on creative interactive sessions in which the participants develop and reflect upon future visions of sustainable food consumption.

- to showcase innovative forms and learn from good practices in scenario building as a policy tool
- to revise the jointly developed research agenda on sustainable food consumption
- to brainstorm ideas on how to sustain the CORPUS network activities in sustainable food consumption
- to provide a network opportunity between European policy makers and researchers in sustainable food consumption
- to enable learning of innovative forms and methods of effective knowledge brokerage.
Research Agenda on Sustainable Food Consumption
Extensive work and joint efforts have gone into the formulation of the Research Agenda. Consortium partners, registered users, workshop participants, interviewed researchers and policy-makers have all cooperated in shaping a joint research agenda on Sustainable Food Consumption.(PDF)
